Nice clean spacious room, everything you need. We were one of the few guests ( or perhaps the only ones) there was only a girl taking care who spoke no english. But through the Booking messenger we had excellent and fast contact with the manager who was very helpful when we wanted to change our booking

The weather this season is quite cold in the evening, luckily the room has air conditioning that can run in warm mode. The hotel has a restaurant serving breakfast with traditional pho. In addition, the hotel has a website with specific travel guides and navigation, a number of adjacent restaurants serving Asian and European dishes, and a cafe about 100 meters away.

We were on our honeymoon, the hotel had very good service and great rooms. The hotel may not have a restaurant serving hearty meals but the nearby locations are excellent. Furthermore, this is a hotel that fits our budget plan as we have many places to visit such as Fansipan cable car or Ham Rong mountain. Really recommended!

The room is clean, airy, modern amenities, good wifi signal. Close to the center, convenient for transportation. The kind hotel owner texted me a Netflix account to watch for free, so I could entertain myself while in the room. If I have a chance next time, I will continue to visit the hotel.

Friendly staff, receptionist didn't know English but she tried her best to communicate and made us feel very comfortable during our stay.

Hotel reception is so helpful and friendly. They help use arrange all transfers. The room is comfortable with a big bed, hot water in the shower, hairdryer and good warm AC. The location is great. And the breakfast was acceptable.
